Will your products heal my skin condition?

Buttercreme Beauty makes products that promote moisture through the use of natural ingredients. Though our products have helped soothed skin conditions or irritations for some, our products are not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any form of disease, health condition etc.

Are your products safe for babies and kids?

Yes, our products are 100% great for sensitive skin and the little ones. Like anything else, we always recommend a patch test first to test irritations or allergens. We hope to release a collection just for kids soon though!

How long will my items last?

Because our products consist of raw natural ingredients, our products have a shelf life of at least 6-12 months; no more than 18-24 months unless otherwise specified. You can find the shelf life for each individual product on the selected product description.

How do I store my products?

We ask that you keep your Buttercreme products stored in dark cool areas to ensure that you are receiving the best benefits out of our products. Please keep in mind that our products are homemade and may vary from batch to batch with a slight change in color or texture. In warmer climates, your products may melt into oil form. You may refrigerate your products if this occurs but it will not revert back to the consistency it once was. No worries though, the benefits will remain the same.

My Items Came Damaged?

We ship out products in bubble mailers with individual items wrapped in bubble wrap, along with shipping peanuts and shredded crinkle paper. Our postal service is aware that items are fragile and can easily break. Unfortunately, once we turn our products over to USPS, we are not responsible for any damages while in transit. However, we do have insurance coverage and you may send us pictures of your damaged items if any product was wasted (spillage/leakage), and we will offer shop credit of the same value or a free replacement. If you choose the replacement option, you are responsible for returning the damaged items back to sender if requested. If you choose the shop credit option due to spilled or wasted products, you may keep those items.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order and 3-5 business days for shipping. Your total wait time for shipping will range between 3-7 business days. Shipping is guaranteed to be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, pandemics, notices and holidays. Shipping prices can also vary depending on your location. You are responsible for providing your correct address (City/State/Zip Code/Unit). If an item returns to sender due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

How does the free pickup option work?

If you are local (East Lansing, Flint or Ann Arbor, MI, location will be specified at time of) and would like to pick up your order for free instead of paying for shipping, you may select the pickup option during checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us to schedule a pick up time. Please keep in mind that this is a free pick up option, not free delivery. You will be responsible for coming to the location the owner provides at the time you have chosen.

Subscription Plans 

Refunds and Exchanges

When you purchase a subscription plan, please provide your full address during checkout. This address should be the one in which you want to receive your items at. Please be sure to complete this step, to avoid a delay in you subscription service. Please also be sure to double check that your address is correct before completing payment to avoid any mishaps with your packages, as we will not be held responsible. Once your subscription order is confirmed, you will receive an email requesting your preferred scents in the products listed. Please be sure to respond at your earliest convenience to prevent a further delay on your subscription.

Due to the nature of our products, Buttercreme Beauty does not accept refunds or exchanges. Please read through our ingredients list carefully before completing your purchase. However, we will offer a replacement if your items were damaged in transit. You must provide photo documentation via email within 24 hours of receiving it. Or we can offer shop credit of the same value. All reports or concerns must be expressed within 24 hours and addressed to buttercremebeauty@gmail.com. We want all of our buttercups to have a satisfying experience.

Promotion Codes

If you received a discount code, please enter your code before completing your purchase during checkout. If there are multiple savings code being promoted, you can only choose one to use per transaction. Only one discount code can be applied at a time.
